Diocese of Glendalough Special Synod
Following the resignation of the Revd Brian O’Reilly, a special meeting of the Diocesan Synod of Glendalough has been convevened by the Archbishop in Greystones on Tuesday April 30 for the purpose of electing a clerical Honorary Secretary for the Diocese of Glendalough in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Diocesan Synods.
The Synod will commence with a celebration of Holy Communion in St Patrick’s Church Greystones at 7.30pm to which all members of Synod of the Diocese of Glendalough are invited. The business of Synod will commence in the adjoining parish centre at 8.15pm.
Members of Synod from Glendalough have received notification of the special meeting.
