Living Worship Course in Music, Liturgy and Worship Now Enrolling

A short course, organised by the Dublin and Glendalough Church Music Committee taking place over 4 successive Saturdays in the Church of Ireland Thelogical Institute from 10am to 1pm, starting on 10 January 2009, is now enrolling.

The course will be of interest to in-post musicians, singers, members of congregations, lay readers, clergy and anyone interested in the 'what' and 'why of Christian worship and music of of the liturgy. In particular it aims to show musicians how their work as organists, singers or cantors relates to worship as a whole.

This is the forth year of this popular course which has attracted participants from a wide range of experience and involvement in the music of worship.

Leading the sessions will be (amongst others) Geoff Weaver,  (RSCM), the Revd Fr Paul Kenny (ICMA) and the Revd Tom Gordon (CITI)
