Archbishops Express Good Wishes to New Russian Orthodox Patriarch

The Most Revd Alan Harper, OBE, Archbishop of Armagh, Primate of All Ireland and Metropolitan and the Most Revd John Neill, Archbishop of Dublin, Bishop of Glendalough, Primate of Ireland and Metropolitan today express their good wishes to Metropolitan Kirill of Smolensk as he is announced as the new Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church, following the recent death of His Holiness, Patriarch Alexiy II. The Archbishops assure the incoming Patriarch and the people of the Russian Orthodox Church of their ongoing prayers.
