Lenten Lectures in Trinity College Chapel - Future Tense?

The well-established tradition of a thought-provoking series of speakers continues this term in the Chapel of Trinity College Dublin with a series entitled “Future Tense?”

Over the course of the six Sundays in Lent six different perspectives will be offered on the challenges facing the church of the future.

The speakers will be: The Revd Maureen Ryan, Associate Priest, St Nicholas’ Parish, Galway (21 Feb.); Dr. Martin Mansergh, TD, Minister of State at the Department of Finance (28 Feb.); Nóirín Ní Riain, Irish Spiritual Singer, Theologian & Musicologist (7 March); The Revd Clare Herbert, Programme Director of Inclusive Church (14 March); The Revd Canon Kenneth Kearon, Secretary General of the Anglican Communion (21 March) and The Revd Peter Owen Jones, Anglican Priest, TV Presenter & Author (28 March).

All the addresses will be given in the context of the Sunday morning Sung Eucharist in TCD Chapel at 10.45am. All are welcome to attend.
