Bell Ringing to Raise Awareness for Haiti
As part of an initiative to raise awareness for the ongoing situation in Haiti, one year on from the earthquake (12th Jan 2010), churches are asked to ring their bells for a short period on Saturday 15 January at 3 pm when there is to be an associated national publicity-raising campaign.
If you know of churches in your diocese with bells that you feel might want to participate on Saturday, could you please to bring it to the attention of the appropriate people.
