Vision and Mission – The Parish Perspective – Extension of Deadline

The deadline for parishes to respond to Archbishop Jackson’s Vision and Mission questionnaire has been extended until the end of May.

The responses will contribute to the creation of a Vision Statement for Dublin and Glendalough and will provide information from the perspective of the parishes. Clergy have already given their input and parishioners are being asked to provide a picture of life in their parishes, and what they as parishioners celebrate together.

“I should like to thank all parishes who have completed and returned the questionnaire which I sent out relating to a vision for the parish and a vision for the diocese. If your parish has not done so I should encourage you to do so if at all possible. We have had requests from some parishes for extra time and consequently the due date has been extended to the end of May 2014,” the Archbishop explained.

The questionnaire and accompanying letter have been emailed to representatives in every parish in the united dioceses. However, if any individual wishes to complete the questionnaire, they are welcome to do so. You can find the questionnaire by clicking on https://dublin.anglican.org/dioceses/index.php

Completed questionnaires can be returned to archdublinoffice@gmail.com.
