CASC states: “Homelessness has been a prominent topic in the media in recent months, relating to the deepening crisis of homelessness in Dublin and the record number of people in emergency accommodation. During the morning, we hope to raise awareness about wider issues relating to homelessness, and to signpost resources.”

“We are delighted to confirm that among those contributing on the day will be Peter McVerry, Peter McVerry Trust, Phil Thompson, CEO Tiglin Challenge and David Carroll, Director of Services and Development. The introductory remarks on the day will be made by The Most Revd Michael Jackson, Archbishop of Dublin and Glendalough.”

The seminar will take place in the Griffith Conference Centre, Griffith College, South Circular Road, Dublin 8, Ireland on Monday 26 September 2016, from 9.30am and it will conclude with a light lunch at 1.30pm. Attendance is free and there will be free parking available for attendees.

Places are limited, and will be allocated on a first–come/first–served basis.  To secure a place, please email seminar@ireland.anglican.org or contact Caoimhe Leppard in Church of Ireland House, Dublin, at 01–4978608.
