St Doulagh’s Ecumenical Open Air Service
St Doulagh’s Church, Malahide Road, Balgriffin, is holding its annual Ecumenical Open Air Service of Praise on Sunday May 28 at 3.30 pm in St Doulagh’s Field.
Music will be provided by 1st Dublin Company Boys’ Brigade Brass and the guest preacher will be the Revd Brian O’Reilly, Rector of Rathdrum and Derralossary with Glenealy. The theme will be ‘Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever’.
During the Service a collection will be taken up to support the Friends of St Doulagh’s Slates Appeal Fund. The parish has a target of €300,000 to raise for the preservation of this ancient church.
Parking will be available and buses no 42 and 43 stop outside the church.
All are welcome to join us and if possible bring a folding chair or stool. Guided tours will be available after the service.
