Archbishop Offers Prayer for Jerusalem

Archbishop Michael Jackson has offered a prayer to give an opportunity to people everywhere to voice their concern for all Christian people in Jerusalem and in the Land of The Holy One and to pray with the Living Stones.

“We in Dublin and Glendalough are honour bound to do this because of our partnership link with the Diocese of Jerusalem and The Middle East and our bonds of friendship with archbishop, people and clergy,” the Archbishop said.

“Recent decisions have put in jeopardy the financial underpinning of the outreach of the Christians in healthcare and education. These areas are where much of the outreach is made for all members of the community, irrespective of creed or class. Please pray for a resolution of the current impasse,” he added.
