Distribution of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral Community and Charitable Fund

The distribution of almost €125,000 from St Patrick’s Cathedral’s Community and Charitable Fund will be celebrated at Choral Evensong in the Cathedral this evening, Tuesday April 17, at 5.30pm. Members of the community, representatives of charitable organisations and recipients of support will join the Cathedral community for the service, which will be followed by a reception in the Lady Chapel where the Cathedral’s Dean, the Very Revd William Morton, will give an address.

A total of €124,269.57 was collected in the fund for 2017. It has been distributed to a variety of organisations working in the area of Christian faith in action, health and well–being, alleviation of suffering, community support, inclusivity and education.
