Vacancy – Communications Officer – Church of Ireland
The Church of Ireland wishes to recruit a pro–active communications specialist to deliver effective press and communications in support of the Church’s mission. The Church is an all–island body, with 12 dioceses and central offices based in Dublin and Belfast.
The role offers an exciting opportunity for a competent all–rounder, used to multi–tasking in a complex environment and working at all levels from senior strategic engagement to issues of parochial interest.
The role reports to the Head of Synod Services & Communications and will involve management of the press office, active production of content across the Church’s website, e–zine and through social media, some research support, publishing and a range of general communications work.
