Mothers’ Union Breakfast Meeting
Saturday February 16 in Leixlip
Mothers’ Union in Dublin & Glendalough is holding a breakfast meeting in the Springfield Hotel in Leixlip on Saturday February 16 from 9.30 am to 11.30 am.
The meeting will be addressed by David Hegarty on the subject of ‘Mind Body Phenomena in Health and Wellness’. He will examine the idea of being well and healthy which is often a frame of mind. “It’s a skill and you can learn the skill,” David says.
For 55 years, David Hegarty, author, speaker, presenter, has been teaching people how to be fit , healthy and well. To achieve this, you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic just possess an open mind and the will to apply yourself will always get you where you want to go, he says.
