MEASC Festival Celebrating Cultural and Religious Diversity
Join Dublin City Interfaith Forum invites you to join their annual MEASC Festival in Dublin’s Herbert Park on Sunday September 15 from 12 noon to 5pm. This free festival celebrates the religious and cultural diversity of Dublin.
At MEASC 2019, there will be entertainment for people of all ages.
MEASC will have dancing, singing and other performers, including balloon
art. There will also be workshops including story telling, calligraphy,
Henna painting, and more. Different food will be available to try,
including challah making.
Besides enjoying the food and performances,
there is also an opportunity to take part in activities like yoga. 15
different faith communities are represented at MEASC including Baha’i,
Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Sikh. MEASC provides an
opportunity to learn about these faiths and their traditions while
having a lot of fun.
