Walking in the Wilderness with Jesus – A Short Lenten Reflection Tuesday February 23
Stella Obe, a Diocesan Reader from Castleknock, provides today’s short reflection for Lent (Tuesday February 23).
Stella’s reflection is based on Matthew 6: 7–8 – ‘When you are praying, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
Join us every day during Lent for a thought for the day from our Diocesan Readers. Archbishop Michael Jackson will give the reflections on Sundays in Lent.
You can find them on this website, the United Dioceses of Dublin and Glendalough YouTube channel (subscribe now so as not to miss a post) and will also be available on the Facebook page and Twitter.
