HSE seeks pop–up Covid–19 Testing Centre space – Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow

The HSE is seeking to hear from parishes (or other locations) that may have suitable outdoor space for pop up testing centres:

The Health Service Executive (HSE) has on–going requirements for suitable outdoor space to facilitate pop up Covid–19 Test Centres.

Ideally, they require:

–          A large car park.

–          Access to basic utilities, running water and toilet facilities.

–          Suitable space to install and erect tents on site (these range in size from 3 X 3 to 12 X 3 meters).

–          Hours of use: 10am – 7pm daily Monday to Friday. Weekend use may be required, however, hours of use can be curtailed to meet requirements and limit any immediate impact from their occupation of the subject car park area.

–          Timeframe: Pop up and in keeping with same, they will only occupy a suitable space for a period of 5–7 days. Any overrun on same will be discussed with the relevant party in good timing.

Should you have availability in the Dublin / Kildare / Wicklow area to cater for the above, please contact jonathan.fagan@hse.ie who will discuss the HSE’s on–going requirement with you in further detail.
