A prayer for the community of Creeslough
The Archbishop has written a prayer for use by all who want to pray for the community of Creeslough and those affected by Friday’s tragedy.
Almighty and All–loving God, we cry to you from the darkness of grief and from the depth of bereavement.
We seek your compassion and your embrace for the community of Creeslough and for individuals and families most directly affected by Friday’s tragedy.
We ask your blessing on all who give comfort and on all who provide support in a time when words alone struggle to give voice to sorrow.
This we ask in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
