Rathmichael Pupils Dress Brightly for Peace

Rathmichael Pupils Dress Brightly for Peace
The brightly dressed pupils of Rathmichael Parish National School during their Céili Mór.

Rathmichael Parish National School held a ‘wear bright colours for peace’ day today (Friday March 22) as they came together to raise funds for Dublin and Glendalough’s Shine a Light appeal for Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza.

The event coincided with the final day of term and the end of the school’s celebration of Seachtain na Gaeilge – so the bright colours the children wore were displayed for all passers by to see as the kids enjoyed their ‘Céili Mór’ outside.

The Rector of Rathmichael Parish, the Revd Sean Hanily, expressed his gratitude to all the families in Rathmichael Parish School for their generous support of this worthy cause.
