Bible Reading Marathon in All Saints Church, Raheny

Alison Dunlop, St Mary's Church, Howth and Freida Duison, Sutton Methodist Church, took part in the Bible Reading Marathon in All Saints Church, Raheny. Up to four hundred volunteers will read the entire King James Version of the Bible (1611) in the church in a continuous event from Palm Sunday, 17 April (3:00pm) to Holy Thursday, 21 April (6:00pm). The event is in aid of the church's roof restoration fund and marks the 400th anniversary of the publication of this version of the Bible, which is available for purchase in the church.
