Archbishop John Neill pictured with sisters Phyllis Bird, Bernie Threlfall, Nuala Boyle and Colette O'Leary at the service to dedicate the St Francis stained glass window in Sandford Parish Church. The window is in memory of the Threlfall family. Absent from the picture is Lonnie Rogers who was unable to attend.
