The Revd Denis Sandes, Rector of Omey in the Diocese of Tuam receives the Individual first prize at the Inter-Diocesan Golf tournament in Woodenbridge from the Archbishop of Dublin, the Most Revd Dr John Neill. The Dioceses of Dublin and Glendalough won the team award.
