President of the INTO Brendan O’Sullivan presents Elaine Carter with the Vere Foster Medal at the graduation ceremony of the B.Ed graduates of 2013 in the chapel of the Church of Ireland College of Education. Elaine is from County Laois and teaches in St Patrick’s National School in Greystones.
